According to Statistics Norway's latest figures, construction is at its lowest level in ten years. At the same time, Sweden needs huge investments in infrastructure. According to calculations, it is about 4000 billion in the coming decades just to preserve the current quality of, for example, railways, roads, electricity grids, water and sewage systems. The state must step up to maintain and upgrade Sweden's infrastructure. In addition, jobs are created. But it is not enough to build new. The entire industry must also build smarter and move faster to become a truly circular economy.
