Asphalt granules 0-8 are a recycled product consisting of sorted crushed asphalt with a grain size of 0-8 mm.
Hummeltorp's Asphalt Granulate products are produced in several different steps using a unique method and new technology. This generates two different product types:
Asphalt granules with a high bitumen content, which are used as a premium product in the production of new asphalt.
Asphalt aggregates with low bitumen content and low PAH values ( < 70 mg/kg TS PAH 16 ).
Use
The product is a sustainable and cost-effective solution for modern road construction and civil engineering projects. Its unique material sorting provides an excellent product for new asphalt production.
